Warranty & Protection Plan

At Abraxis Painting, quality of work and long lasting products are the foundation of what we stand for. One of the benefits in choosing Abraxis is we provide all of our customers with the best protection available in the industry, through our warranties and protection plans, customized to best suit any circumstance.

As part of our pledge to quality, we cover each customer who completes an Exterior Painting Project with Abraxis our industry leading Follow-Up Warranty. This means that between April and June of each year of extended warranty coverage, we send a representative to your home at a time convenient for you to evaluate the performance of our Painting project & products, and schedule any maintenance work which may be required. This is all provided to our customers free of cost, just another way for Abraxis to ensure the satisfaction of each and every home owner that chooses us.

Here is a breakdown of Items covered under our Standard Warranty:

  1. Painted areas on all wooden substrates. (Windows, Doors, Garage Doors, Siding, Soffits, Fascia)
  2. Painted areas on Stucco, Brick, and Aluminum & Masonry.
  3. Any Peeling caused by improperly completed preparatory steps.
  4. Any visibly unpainted/missed areas which were to be included as stated in Service Agreement.
  5. Peeling caused by Heat Blisters or Caulking failures.
  6. Any failures caused by improper application of products, as completed by an Abraxis Representative.
